Return Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days upon receipt of shipment. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tag/tags attached.
Please email us at and include your order number or Copy of receipt BEFORE you ship back your items.
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then you will be issued store credit to your account, and your store credit must be used within 30 days from the return approval date.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your receipt and mail to address below.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
